We understand that Cansego may not be the right fit for everyone, and we respect your decision to request a refund.
However, if you’ve completed over 38% of one or more subject prep courses during the 7-day period and then ask for a refund, we consider this an unfair use of our guarantee.
In this case, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, we may deduct a $40 course fee from your total refund.
- Refunds take 2–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement.
- Only the account owner can request a refund.
- Each student is eligible for only one refund.
