However, if you’ve completed **over 38% of one or more subject prep courses** during the 7-day period and then ask for a refund, we consider this an unfair use of our guarantee.

In this case, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, we may deduct a **$40 course fee** from your total refund.

- Refunds take **2–10 business days** to appear on your bank or card statement.
- **Only the account owner** can request a refund.
- Each student is eligible for **only one refund**.
